The Board of Directors of Pioneer Geophysical Services Inc. of Calgary announced the appointment of Glynn G. Davies as President of the Company effective July 24, 1995. Donald J. Good, presently President and Chief Executive Officer, has been named Chairman of the Board and will continue as CEO.
